Many people across the country were involved in the approval process which was handled by letting them view segments over the internet as they were completed. The program was written and produced by Jack Trotter & e-Production. Jack Trotter also narrated the program. Much of the source video came from NASCAR, German file footage, and computer simulations. Godfrey Advertising created the conference graphic elements. e-Production did all the motion graphics, editing, soundtrack and shot much of the US footage. At the conference this video was projected on multiple screens from a MiniDV master tape.
